I don't think that there is much of a relation; however, one modern religion (Scientology) was started by a Science Fiction author, L. Ron Hubbard. Several religions believe in things that are prevalent in Science Fiction, such as life on other planets or humanity's potential for superhuman power, etc.
Hades had no home town, as he represented Death. However, there were cults who worshipped him, and remains of a temple in his honour have been discovered.
it mean In cults and deceptive groups, words and concepts are redefined to make them fit the false belief system. With this in mind, offer up what you believe to be the primary meaning of the words.
It is quite common knowledge that in fact everyone Hollywood worships Satan. They usually cover it up by claiming to believe in another religion though like Scientology and other widespread cults.
* A revel involving unrestrained indulgence, especially sexual activity. * A secret rite in the cults of ancient Greek or Roman deities, typically involving frenzied singing, dancing, drinking, and sexual activity. An orgy is when there are multiple people involved in sexual activity, together. There is no set number required for it to "qualify" as an orgy but I would think most people think of it as 5 or more. Its A wordSome one who has originality
Any one can practice it if they want to...Looks often are deceivingI met a guy in basic training that was a Buddhist, but despite my original feelings, he was a good guy, though I don't believe what he believes. Stateside Buddhist are pretty hard to pick out, but they tend to be very laid back, as the one I knew was, with a good eye for clothes. I can't stress the fact that I know only one example of buddhists enough, but that's all I can really say (and plus, in basic training, he wore camo's all of the time, like the rest of us).Pretty much all good natured, peaceful, or laid back people can be or are religious, which includes cults.
