Fifty Shades Freed focuses on two things. The first is the newly married relationship of Ana and Christian. The second is the fact that there is someone out to get Christian as we learn early on in the book. Also, we are still dealing with Elena (a.k.a. Mrs. Robinson) who continues to cause friction for our dynamic duo.
At the end, Christian saves Ana from the bad guy who is trying to use her to get back at Christian. The epilogue flashes forward a couple of years, and we see Ana and Christian happily married, playing with their son, Teddy.
