the gts is pretty simple, if you have a wireless connection, then you talk to the lady in the gts building in Jubilife city and she will connect you which takes you to a computer. On that computer, you can either deposit one of your Pokemon up for trade, or you can search for other Pokemon that other people have put on trade. If you find someone that has the Pokemon that is desired, and if you have what they are asking for, then you can trade with them no matter where they are in the world
in jubilife city, go to the left when you go in.
you need a WI-FI hot spot and WI-FI connection link(such as the internet)
note:you can only request Pokemon only that you've seen in your pokedex.
