It doesn't. The goal of homeostasis is to keep your internal body stable. Exercise doesn't affect the stability of your internal body.
wikidude1 > please read the note i attached in discussion about this answer.
EDIT: Exercise causes a wide range of things within the internal environment of the body. Some of these include increased heart rate, blood pressure, etc. Once exercise has ceased, the functions of homeostasis will bring the environment back to optimum stability.
--- sorry but exercise can definitely impact homeostasis in serious ways. Excessive exercise can cause damage to structures like tendons, muscles, joints and ligaments etc... As well as many top athletic women develop a condition called amenorrhoeawhere by menstruation is ceased in order to conserve energy. This condition can later lead onto osteoporosis. - These are all caused by exercise and i would be surprised if you believed these would not disrupt the body's normal homeostasis (regulation of the internal and external environment of the body).
Its spelled Homostasis
the human body maintains homostasis by regulating glucose levels and the nerves regulate breath rate and movement inside
i am a 3rd grader so dont put pressure on me...
muscles bones and connective tissues get damaged. your whole body goes through massive systemic changes as a result of the activity. It's not a question with a quick answer. Your body will usually require a period of time to repair, convert and extract wastes, replace micronutrients and salt balances and replace glucose stores within the liver and muscles. There are alot of positive results as a result of strenuous activity. However you only see these results if you allow the correct repair time. Immediate benefits are endorphins. booh yeah endorphins.
unbalances it
Strenuous exercise makes me tired.
Strenuous exercise is good for your heart.
He lifted the boulder, but not without heavy exertion.you can not win without exertion . Your highest exertion is required.
WARM-UP
The body needs more recovery time in between more enduring repetitions. A more strenuous exercise would therefore require more time to rest due to the increased buildup of lactic acid compared to the moderate exercise. The resulting more strenuous exercise is probably better to do less repetitions than one would do with a moderate exercise.
Strenuous describes hard and extended physical exertion or exercise.
Too much strenuous exercise can result in jury.
The strenuous exercise made my muscles ache.
WARM-UP
You are asking your blood to be in two places at once: in your stomach and digestive tract to process food and in your muscles to repair the damage you are doing by training. Vomiting is often the result of such foolishness. Wait at least 90 minutes after eating before strenuous exercise.
its a work out for your body and helps get rid of the fat
It's not unless you do things too strenuous. Exercise is encouraged.
