There is no button for the supercharger. The supercharger is always on because it is being driven by the belts of the engine. When you step on the gas, there is a vacuum line that is hooked up to the supercharger in which will close a little valve causing the boost to be diverted into the engine.
You can buy a Haynes Repair Manual for around $20 which has all that info and most anything you would normally need for the car owner. Also, look on the underneath of your hood on in front of the radiator. here should be a vacuum schematic unless it was removed.

It is probably the Rolls-Royce emblem. It has two R's overlapping that looks like a line is going through it. The other possible brand it may be, is the Buick Riviera.
1995 Buick riviera is not equipped with "air ride" type suspension. It is, however equipped with air shocks and coil springs. The air shocks are filled by a compressor in the rear of the undercarriage just in front of the gas tank. If you have an air leak, replacement of the air shocks and/or line kit may be in order.

on the fuel rail. Looks like a silver bell, with a vacuum line attached to it.
The 3800 engine (fuel injected) has a pressure feed to the fuel rail (smaller line) and a return from the pressure relief valve (larger line). All fuel lines use the O-ring fuel connectors.
It depends on the year of the Buick. Most of the newer Buicks use an electric actuator to change the vent door positions. If that's the case with yours you have a problem with wiring or a faulty actuator or switch. If yours is one of the vacuum controled heater boxes you probably have a leaky vacuum line or diaphragm.
Many of these controls are Vacuum operated. You may have a problem where the "Main" Vacuum line has broken. See if you can locate this line by using your manual and make sure that it is intact. TommyTrouble
