When you use 'The shallow grave' can you flip the monster you summoned with it in the same turn?
no, because the battle position cannot be changed.. you prpbably summond a monster which have a flip effect?? true??

You can manually change the battle position of a monster once per turn, (but not on the turn it was set or summoned from hand) If you flip a monster face down with Book of Moon or use the effect of Sonic Bird, then you are allowed to flip summon them in the same turn.
Can you keep flipping your monster to use its effect?
Depends, if you've got a way to keep Setting it, then yes, you can flip summon it again when you next have chance to. Obviously even if a monster can flip itself down, you can still only flip summon it once per turn.
Can you use the effect of royal command to negate swarm of scarabs?
You cannot use Royal Command to negate and monster whose effect activates when it is flip summoned, as Royal Command only activates for FLIP: monsters.
Can you flip summon a monster that you set that turn?
Generally, no. Synchro Monsters are initially Special Summoned FACE-UP. Therefore, there is not a need for it to be Flip Summoned. However, that Synchro Monster may be affected by a card effect such as Book of Moon. In this case, the Synchro Monster is changed to face-down Defense Position. You can then Flip Summon it when possible.

When, you flip summon a "Yu-Gi-Oh!" monster, it was before in face-down defence position and now is in face-up attack position. You can only use this in a turn in which you have not already done anything with that monster card. You can not summon it into face-down position and then flip it straight away - you must wait until the next turn.

Assuming the Magician of Faith was set a previous turn, then yes, that's legal. You can flip summon it in Main Phase 1, triggering its flip effect. This in no way stops it, or any other monster declaring an attack in the Battle Phase.

If you have an effect that lets you keep turning it face down, and then face up, then sure. Just remember you can only flip summon the monster once per turn.

well if u mean cards then i use scrap-iron scarecrow most often. it negates the attack of a monster, but instead of puttin it into the graveyard, u flip it face down again.
When you use 'Change of Heart' and you get 'Magician Of Faith' from your opponent can you flip up and use its effect to get your 'Change of Heart' back from the graveyard?
You are allowed to Flip Summon a Set monster taken with Change of Heart. Then since Magician of Faith is under your control, if it is flipped, it is you who chooses a Spell Card from your graveyard, and adds it to your hand.
