Your blood plasma is 92% water, so when the water level drops in your blood, thecardiovascular respiratory system has to work harder to get sufficient oxygen to the muscles. Exercise feels much harder. As the level of dehydration gets worse, nausea and vomiting may occur. A decreased flow of saliva, decreased blood volume, and increased blood osmotic pressure are all signs of dehydration.

When one is thirsty its more like their through and inner organs are less moisturized and as one takes in water it moisturizes the organs and tissue it comes into contact with, thus making them more moisturized and no more thirst is felt
