Act normal, if their in secondary school and u are too, bump into him in the hallway. Try to make a conversation by saying hi and asking him how he is and introducing yourself say Ur sorry for bumping into him (even if it is his fault) and if he talkes to u for longer then he likes u
If that doesn't work, try to act like Ur his age, and if he asks u out, don't just say yes straight away. look around and then say OK sure and ask him when and where and what time. then have Ur date and live happily ever after (hopefully!)
