If you have two period in one month and your having pain and bleeding heavy are you hsving a miscarriage?

At this early in the game you cannot know for sure if you are
having a miscarriage unless you have had a positive preg test. Many
women experience miscarriages early but they don't realise it
because they put it down to a "heavy period". It is quite possible
you are having a miscarriage, but there would be nothing a doctor
could do. Take it easy, take some pain tablets and good luck.

Could you be pregnant if your period came three days early and you have nausea?

Not everyone misses their first period after conception. It
could be possible that you have had a miscarriage though--my period
after a miscarriage I had was about on the correct date I should
have started, but it was accompanied by a lot of nausea and
tremendous pain. Also the blood content didn't look the same. Take
a test--it will ease your mind and give you a reason to go whatever
route you plan to take care of your body and the baby.
Asked in Miscarriages, Clomid
How soon can you take clomid after a miscarriage?

Well, it depends how early or late your miscarriage happened!
You should of course consult with your doctor how long should you
wait to TTC again. A rule of thumb, if I can call it that way, is
that you should wait at least as long as your pregnancy lasted. For
example, if you had a miscariage in week 8 of your pregnancy you
should wait 8 weeks, so around two periods and then you are free to
TTC again and of course with the help of clomid, if prescribed by a
doctor. Well, it depends how early or late your miscarriage

When taking Cytotec for missed miscarriage is there a way to help its effectiveness?

You took Cytotec to abort? Or to help the natural miscarriage on
the way?
If you took it once to abort you should not take it again but go
see a doctor for a surgical abortion. If you took it to help the
natural miscarriage on the way you should also go to see the doctor
if there's a problem with what he prescribed. And no, there is
nothing you can take to hurry it up. If you haven't started
bleeding within 6 hours from taking it, it probably wont work.
Asked in Pregnancy Tests, Math and Arithmetic
If you take a pregnancy test and it comes up positive and then a couple days later another one is negative which one should you believe?

This is difficult, you could have had an early miscarriage, a
lot of women miscarry in the first month without even knowing it.
But it could be that you took the first one early morning when your
hormones were most concentrated, and the second one later in the
day, or it could be a false negative the second time. Take another
one, early morning, and be sure.
