It could have helped if you specified a year. Tempo was made from '84 to '94 and changed a considerable amount. Go to: http://www.the12volt.com/installbay/vehiclewiring/1/modeld/Ford.html Then look for your year and go over to the right side and click the "Stereo" link. Voila! this site is correct in it's info. I used it for my '92 Tempo GL.
