It's electronically limited to 155 miles per hour
A new 2012 Mustang Boss 302 retails for about $41000, but $43000 with a Torsen and Recaro seats and $47000 with the full blown Laguna Seca package.
No they are both completely different engines.... heads and blocks.
The only that is currently marked as a 2012 is the new Boss 302. 440hp. 0-60: 4.3 seconds. Quicker around Laguna Seca than a more expensive BMW M3
900 crank horsepower is a safe "new" boss 302 number
$60 to $90 dollars depending on the maker
when are yall are bring out a new mustang?
To change the thermostat on a 1973 Ford Mustang with a 302 engine, drain the radiator. Locate the thermostat under the upper hose assembly and remove the required bolts. Place the new part in position and replace the hose assembly before filling the radiator.
A 302 will fit with no modifications. I believe it is possible to shoehorn a 351 in with some mods.
well......being you could get a 289 in a 1965 mustang new.....and a 302 is exactly the same size......exactly that is......as a 289......then Of course it will fit!......a c4 tranny?....Most came with a C4....or a three or four speed standard. Its a simple bolt in installation if you have the V8 motormounts particular to the 65-67 mustang. You will also need the trans crossmember and that's about it......If I'm right in assuming the C4 you mention came from the 1980 302. If its from a six cylinder, you will need to change the six cylinder bellhousing for a 289/302 bellhousing. and that's it....have fun.
Your boss may say you are slow to process information if you do not seem to understand or catch on to new things as fast as you need to.
It would, but it would require a lot of work. New transmission, new motor mounts, the engine, some new wiring and you would most likely have to beef up a lot of the parts related to the swap such as radiator, front suspension, you would want some new rear end components to get some sort of limited slip in the rear to plant the power.
Check out the attached link. The new 2010 Mustang is definitely hot!
