According to my search she hit it at a speed of aprox 20.5 knots. This is almost the speed that she was cruising before the berg was spotted. The reason for this is that the berg was spotted at around 600 yards only before reaching it. Also Titanic's steam turnine driven central propeller could not be reversed at all, even worse it couldn't even be stopped at such short notice. As to the wing propellers, they were stopped but couldn't be reversed at such short notice. In Motion Pictures they are all depicted reversing full astern for dramatic purposes.
