How has the government of Uganda adhered to the rule of law and constitutionalism?
Leaders must be elected every four years and are subject to the rule of law. It requires that the Council of 500 approve laws but not enforce them. It ensures that the jury is able to consider the evidence during a trial in order to make a fair judgement. Each branch of government has distinct powers so that no one branch has too much power.
the principle that i think expresses the idea that government is bound by the rule of law is the limited government because it asks you what principle expresses the idea that government is bound by the rule of law meaning which priciple shows that the government has limited powers and limited government would be that priciple.
