Ignorance can deprive a person of the many opportunities available in life for employment , interact and express thoughts, feelings with other members of the community in a society ,for information and to know about others.
I don't think that this would affect one's identity. If you switch to an other language that you know really well, you even think in that language, you don't translate. But I really don't see how this could affect your identity. My native language is dutch, second language is french, third language is English and the fourth language is German, but at the end I am still me and I'm flemish.
the media affect language by changing the meanins of words X hope i helped :) X
When trying to persuade someone, you present your points clearly and factually without arguing. The person then makes up their own mind. Manipulation uses a variety of language techniques to get the person to do what you want them to do. It could be language meant to make them feel bad, threats to leave the person if it is a partner, etc. Part of that technique can be arguing in order to get the person to "see it your way."
lol i forgot.
Slang is a non-honorific form of language. If you talk to a person using slang you are being intimate with them. If the person values your intimacy, they will be honoured by this. If they distrust it, they will be offended. (Usually it is safe to use slang with social inferiors, but not with social superiors). Slang in English has much the same function as the 'tu' form in French:- it offers a level of intimacy which may be seen as either inviting or aggressive, depending on the context. A person who doesn't know that they are using slang (someone with poor literacy who hasn't traveled much, for example) is likely not to realise when they are making such gestures of linguistic intimacy. Ignorance is full of pitfalls.
Ignorance is a condition or state where a person lacks knowledge about something. It is when the person is uninformed, is uneducated about something. Ignorance simply says we do not know. Ignorance is not stupidity.
Language differences can make it hard to understand what the other person is saying. When you don't understand another person's language, you can miss subtle ways they communicate.
No it's not logical to blame everyone else for one person's ignorance if anyone should be at fault for their ignorance it is their fault not everyone elses.
Their ignorance of the English language was bewildering.
It depends on the type of ignorance; simple ignorance is where the person simply does not know something and this can be corrected by teaching them. However wilful ignorance is where the person choses not to know something, or despite being told about it refuses to believe that it is true; for this you can try to teach them, but odds are you will be wasting your time.

It means that a person has chosen not to be educated.
"Like a blind person in a dark room."
