CO2 (carbon dioxide) is made whenever a carbon based item or lifeform burns (is oxygenated). It is also made whenever a hydrocarbon is degraded into water and carbon dioxide. CO2 generation is a natural process. Some examples include:
Converting sugar to energy, in almost all living matter. (Reverse of photosynthesis)
Burning fuels.
Adding vinegar to baking soda.
Alternate answer:
Most of the world's CO2 is made by rotting or decaying organic matter.
You should put a glass in a pan, put two tablespoons of baking soda in the glass, and add 1/3 of a cup vinegar in the glass. You should put the pan since the bubbling mixture is going to bubble out of your glass.
Have fun!
CO2 is formed of of 2 oxygen atoms and 1 carbon atom and is more commonly known as Carbon Dioxide. It comes from many sources including, but not limited to:
burning something, for example glucose.
C6H12O6 + 6O2 --> 6CO2 + 6H2O
With almost every burning of C (with enough oxigen around), CO2 will be created.
(with to little O2 around, you could get CO instead of CO2).
In your body the burning of glucose works a bit different.
Carbon Dioxide is made of 1 Carbon atom and 2 Oxygen atoms...:)
Most CO2 is produced through rotting vegetation or other natural processes.
Man produces CO2 through the burning of fuels.
Each CO2 molecule is made up of 1 carbon atom and two oxygen atoms.
One molecule of CO2 is comprised of one atom of carbon and two oxygen.
Carbon and oxeygen. I atom of carbon and two atoms of oxygen.
Carbon di oxide can be made by using hydrochloric acid and marbles.
By the trees breathing. lol the leaves take in CO2 and release O2. Also burning of fossil fuels etc..
CO2 makes up approximately 0.03% of Earth's atmosphere
H2O + CO2 --> H2CO3 Also if you mix H2O with CO2(s) (common name dry ice) you get CO2 gas and an acidic CO2/H2O mixture.
Carbon and Oxygen.It's got Oxygen (O) and Carbon (C). (Co2)equation is C + O2 = CO2 makes up by carbon and oxygen
O=C=O carbon dioxide
it contributes as co2 traps heat and makes the environment warmer.

Aerobic fermentation makes energy, water and CO2 Anaerobic fermentation makes energy, water, alcohol and CO2.

CO2 plus H2O makes club soda - which is not a combustion.
Any ethanol producing fermentation makes CO2, so it's not a matter of can, it will produce CO2.
CO2.
CO2 makes the bread to rise. basically sugar contents are consumed by the yeast and released co2 that is trapped by the startch cell supported by the gluten matrix...
Too much CO2 makes the Earth warm up. On Venus the atmosphere is 93% CO2 and the temperature is 400-500 degrees.
