I would think they would both be considered great liberators. Moses of the Hebrews from Egyptian slavery, and Mandela, being the first democratic leader in Africa, leading the poeple to political freedom. Dont take this as correct, it would just be my best assumption.

Both are examples for the world. Both are good.Mandela make his country better. But recently begged to the Group of the eigth

that they must remember the poor of the world
But Chavez is more transcendent.

Chavez show to his country Bolivarian Venezuela,to the under developed world and even to the people of the developed world, how to earn there independence, how to destroy the super structure that maintained them immobilized and exploited.

They are both well - known and both recognised as idols and very influential to other leaders and campaigners. They also both went to prison due to their campaigns.
