Both Torah and the Bible are God holy books revealed to people to follow their teachings and commands. Qur'an says (meaning English translation):

"Indeed, We (Allah or God in English and same God worshiped in Judaism and Christianity) sent down the Torah, in which was guidance and light. The prophets who submitted [to Allah] judged by it for the Jews, as did the rabbis and scholars by that with which they were entrusted of the Scripture of Allah, and they were witnesses thereto. So do not fear the people but fear Me, and do not exchange My verses for a small price. And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed - then it is those who are the disbelievers. Indeed, We sent down the Torah, in which was guidance and light. " ( 5: 44-45)

and Qur'an says (meaning English translation):

"Qur'an says (meaning English translation):

"And We (Allah or God and same God worshiped in Judaism and Christianity) sent, following in their (Jews) footsteps, Jesus, the son of Mary, confirming that which came before him in the Torah; and We gave him the Gospel (or the Bible), in which was guidance and light and confirming that which preceded it of the Torah as guidance and instruction for the righteous. And let the People of the Gospel judge by what Allah has revealed therein. And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed - then it is those who are the defiantly disobedient." (5:46-47).

Another View:

The Torah - the Torah that is written - is traditionally the first five books of the Hebrew Bible compiled/written by Moses from God's instructions. The Torah that is oral is captured through the generations in the Talmud and Midrash.

The written Torah is also part of the Christian Bible also as the first five books of the Old Testament section. Though the Hebrew Bible has some slight translational differences and book ordering, they primary message of both is intact.

The difference comes from the Christian understanding - presented well in the Book of Hebrews by the Apostle Paul as well as other parts of the New Testament - that the Divine being who gave mankind God's 'instruction manual and Laws' is The Logos or Word who became Jesus, the Christ (Messiah). He is the only member of the God Family that has 'walked and talked' with mankind. Indeed, Christians believe all things were created through Him (see John 1:1-4)
