Autistic disorder is a neurological and developmental disorder that usually appears during the first three years of life. A child with autism appears to live in their own world, showing little interest in others and a lack of social awareness. The focus of an autistic child is a consistent routine and includes an interest in repeating odd and peculiar behaviors. Autistic children often have problems in communication, avoid eye contact and show limited attachment to others.

It is defined as a series of non-human behavior patterns resulting from psychedelics, ever since they were born. Science currently holds no accuracy on autism and it is actively risking millions on pointless research, because it is difficult for humans to understand it.

A midget, a dumb person, and a person who's always got beaten up.

^ Really? If that's what YOU think about autism, then you obviously have no heart. I have high-functioning autism, and not only am I normal height, but I am in advanced classes and taking high school level English IN MIDDLE SCHOOL!!! Plus, I have never gotten beaten up ONCE, and I have many friends.

Now, here is the REAL answer to the question:

Autism is a disorder that affects the mind and people who have it do not have as many social skills as they should. That does NOT make them "retarded" or "stupid". It just means that they act a little differently than most people.

No one knows for sure what the cause of autism is, or how to cure it, but treatment for the autism is possible so that people affected by autism act more like a "normal" person.

Autism isn't bad, you guys. It's just different. Jeez... -_-
