It isn't really, although Kent Hovind (a famous creationist, who is in jail a tis moment for fraud) claimed it was using false science and accelerated chemical reactions as well as human influence and unfair experiments to prove his points, which were generally seen as scientifically impossible and inaccurate.
However i will say it is because the seas are slowly becoming saltier (probably due to human influence) and he said under the idea that humans had always been around and that the rate of getting saltier was the same for all time, that the seas were all fresh water around 4400 years ago, although rock formations disprove this (think of the white cliffs of Dover these cliffs required salt just to form).

∙ 8y agoIt is evidence of nothing, because it would depend upon the original situation, which no one knows. There are too many variables; plus the ocean is not a closed system. Extrapolations of this sort can be made to prove anything. See also:
