SOUMYADIP PAL, ST.XAVIER'S HIGH SCHOOL, HALDIA , EAST MIDNAPORE,WEST BENGAL,(INDIA) (CLASS--8A/3) ;- Because of sun the natural disasters are occurring and before 10000000 years from now, many plants and trees got buried and thus due to the long natural occurrences such as, decomposing and composting due to the action of bacteria and funguses resulting in the formation of coal.
Another fact is that, due to the hot and direct rays of the sun, low and high pressures are created alternatively and in this way, wind is formed.
hence, this is caused due to the presence of the original source of nature and that is :-sun

We are pretty sure that coal formed from layers of plant matter accumulating at the bottom of a body of water, then being deeply buried under sediment and rock and eventually compressed and transformed by the heat and pressure into coal. The plants that eventually became coal derived their energy from the sun while they were living - just as plants do now - so the sun is the original source of the energy you get from coal.
