They is no set temperature of the environment during a hurricane. It tends to be quite warm since hurricanes usually affect the tropics and subtropics. It can be relatively cool once it gets into the mid-latitudes later in the season. It is generally not really hot since there is so much rain associated with hurricanes, and the temperature will drop to near its dew point (which is usually in the 70's in these systems).

Its usually, like a regular rainy cloud,

But you can tell when one is coming when winds come up to ..

Obviously rainy. It has high winds and much flooding. Inside a hurricane it is just as bad. If you were in the eye of a tornado it would be calm. In the eye of hurricane, the water makes it horrible. Look up Hurricane Katrina. You'll see how bad a hurricane can be.
