They need replaced when they wear out.
Your rotors are warped, replace them.

I just paid $500.00 to replace all brake pads and the front rotors
anywhere between $140 at a local shop who will also resurface the rotors and replace the brakes to 60 at a dealership. Note: these prices do not include the price of the rotors. If your rotors have already been resurfaced once they are more than likely need to be changed also. Add another $50- $100.
Did you have the rotors turned or replaced? If the rotor surface was not resurfaced it can often cause noise, premature wear and uneven stopping.
How_much_does_it_cost_to_replace_brakes_and_Rotors_on_a_1992_Toyota_Camry
Pads about 30.00, Rotors anywhere from 85.00-125 ea. turn rotors-40.00 (approx) + labor.
Brakes, If you get on brakes and get a hard vibration and shaking like the front end is going to fall off, front rotors are more than likely warped. Stock rotors are poor quality Replace with after market heavy duty rotors.
resurface/replace front rotors. probably do the rear rotors too
( 2 rotors on the front ) one for each DISC brake
The front rotors are out of round are warped. Turn are replace rotors and be sure to replace the brake pads even if thay look good. I would also check the tie rods too.
Have the front rotors turned on a lathe at a dealership. check brakes and rotors
