Bettas breathe air from the surface of their bowl so it really depends on the humidity of the area that the betta is in when it is out of its bowl. If the betta's body stays well moisturized they can at least live two days out of water (conditions permitting).
This is dependant upon the size of the Oscar, the size of the aquarium, the temperature of the water, the organic load in the tank (e.g. dirty gravel), etc. Given a scenario of a 6" Oscar and a 30 gallon aquarium, I would say that CO2 would build up to toxic levels within five or six hours. This time can be extended to days by simply adding an airstone connected to an air pump, however.
Depending on the fish, the size of the tank, number of occupants in the tank, last time a proper water change had been done the exact number of hours is hard to determine. Each case would be unique to the circumstances. Close observation of the tank would be required to properly gauge time restraints. If the fish begin stressing (laying on their sides, etc) a 25% water change would freshen up the water buying some additional time. Keeping the surrounding air temperature a steady temp near the temp the fish require would also help prolong it.
In aclean tank they should be perfectly fine. its hard to filter the water as the pumps pressure may blow them around or suck them up
actually all fishes can live without air pumps it depends upon only only on cleanliness of the tank
Every fish tank should be filtered for a whole day without introducing any more goldfish to ensure that it has done a full cycle
1 year,You should not buy filters. They are waste of money,in fact it will kill the fish so you and go from Jagdeep 546
hand friction?
Star fish can survive about 5 days out of water. Then they will die from Dehydration.
they survive because a storm is out of the water not inside of the water so as long as the fish is in the water the fish would be perfecly fine
a man can not survive for a week without water
Fish have evolved to survive in water. If they didnt have water they can't breathe, they dry up and die. Some can live up to 8 hours without water as long as it is on ice. A fish in an aquarium has to have a water pump that supplies air bubbles for oxygen.
Not for very long. People cannot survive for very long without water, anywhere.
All of its life.
Different animals can survive without water for different periods of time. For example: A fish can not go very long at all without water but a camel can go a very long time without water. Humans can go without water for about 98 hours but after that they are almost dead.
A plant can survive without water, but not for very long. Humans can survive a day or two without water, but like all life, to have a long life we need water.
All fish live in water which has oxygen in it. But if the fish stays out of the water for more then a few minutes, they will die because fish have gills that absorb oxygen only when they are in water.
A Long Time
They are water based animals so can survive under water for approximately 60 minutes, but without water 3.7 seconds
A human can only survive 1 week without water, and 2 weeks without food
