Fish shouldn't be in the fridge for too long. A week is about he maximum time before it goes bad. Under optimal conditions the longest it could stay good is a week and a day. It should away from all other foods to prevent contamination.

You should keep foods out of the danger zone to prevent bacteria from forming on foods. Bacteria can form on foods in the danger zone after just an hour. The danger zone is under 145 degrees and over 45 degrees.

The time to noticeable degradation is uncertain, but cooked fish should not stay at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Less time is better. At that point, it should be reheated or refrigerated.

Fish is so sensitive to temperature changes. Don't leave it out for more than an hour. Immediate consumption is best. Or place the serving platter on a bed of ice.
