it depends. if its straight in the heart, you better have been stabbed when your about to go into surgery, because you cant survive long without your heart pumping blood to your brain. if its just a nick, you may live without any surgery or stuff like that, but that's only if its REALLY small. chances are, you will have to go to the hospital or bleed to death
