∙ 14y agoIf uncovered, it will rapidly separate and dry out. If covered, it will retain normal consistency for one or two hours, but cannot be re-refrigerated safely. (If thawed only in the refrigerator, it can be refrozen again to increase shelf life)
Recommended storage limit : 2 to 3 weeks refrigerated, 12-14 months frozen (less if thawed and refrozen)
