∙ 16y agoSomewhere on the package you will see stamped 'best before' and a date. This doesn't mean the cream cheese has gone bad, only that it will be at it's height of good taste to that date. I don't keep this product past the 'best before' just in case!

Dairy products spoil easily and need to be refrigerated or eaten as soon as possible.
Probably no longer than 30 minutes for cream cheese.

∙ 14y agoCream cheese should not be left out of the fridge for more than 2 hours. Make that only one hour if the temperature is quite warm. Less time is better.
