Two months and eight days.

Two months, from the 3rd of August to the 12th October 1492.

To elaborate on the above data left by others, much of the overall time was spent sailing to the Canary Islands for supplies first. It took approximately 37 days for him to get from those islands to the Bahamas. He left them on September 6, 1492, and arrived on October 12. If my math is off, please excuse that.

Well, on his first voyage, he sailed about 125 or 124. He also had a second voyage-which lasted 206 days. On his third voyage it was around 258. I think he had more voyages, but I'm not sure.
