5 hours at 325 degrees F. If you have a meat thermometer, temp in the stuffing should be 165 when done, be sure to let the turkey set for at least 15 minutes after removing from oven before you carve the meat. Happy Thanksgiving!
You'll need to cook it for seven and a half hours. It works well for Chicken too.

at what temperature and for how long do you cook an 11pound unstuffedturkey
The inside meat temp should be about 160 to 180 degrees.
Turkeys cook 20 minutes per pound stuffed (15 minutes per pound unstufffed) at 350 Fahrenheit.
Replacement lid for my rival roaster
Looks like someone in the same exact boat. http://www.ochef.com/872.htm Save me some stuffing ;-)
About 4 to 4.5 hours. If you have a probe thermometer that can be in the oven, use that. Remove the turkey when the breast temp (don't hit the bone) hits 161 degrees (yes, most say 165, but the birds going to keep cooking when you remove it from the oven).
It depends on how much your turkey weighs...about 40 mins for a 14 lbs turkey. Make sure you check the temp. and it has to be at least 165 degrees

Roast at 325 to 350 degrees. Size of turkey will define how long to cook but the internal temp of the bird (@ breast) should be 185 degrees.
About five hours, but start checking it around the four and a half hour mark.As a note of caution: Never defrost a chicken or turkey outside of the refrigerator, because bacteria can begin to grow in uncooked meat.
You do not want your turkey at room temp
