Brown roast in a skillet. Bake covered either with a lid or foil. Bake at 275 degrees for 6 hours.
You cook it for 2 hours
4-8 hours, depending on the size and cut of the roast.

I bake for about 4-6 hours in oven at 375, many people like for it to "fall apart" in that case back at 350 for 8 hours.

Wrap in foil, bake for 45 to 55 minutes at 350 degrees, or till soft in the center when pierced with a fork.
You will first want to preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Cook the roast for 10 minutes then reduce the heat to 250 degrees. You in all will want to bake the roast for 90 minutes in total including the 10 minutes of high temperature cooking.
To get a really tender and juicy ribs, try a low and slow roast. Season the ribs, wrap them tightly in foil and bake them at 250 for 6 hours or 200F overnight.
