I fry mine for about 4 minutes per side (i'd think, i don't really time it). Depends on the size of the steak though.

I still think the best way to fry a steak, is to just have a go at it. Different cookers and different steaks means its really hard to know the exact timing. Best bet is slap it on a medium-ish heat, oil a bit, let the oil heat up, then put the steak in. If you see a load of smoke come up quickly, might be a good idea to turn the heat down and flip the steak over. You don't want it charing on the outside so early.

I'd say a minimum of about 6-7 minutes to be safe, after that, just have a try. You can learn for next time.

It usually takes about 20 minutes on medium rotating the chicken every five minutes as to not overly brown on the sides! Enjoy!!

Try frying it for 45-50 minutes depending on the size. For wings try frying it for about 20 minutes
