No you cannot bake cookies in a Pizza oven because the cookies will melt faster and the cookies will not come out good. The cookies should be bake in a toaster oven because that bests fits them. The pizza oven is only for pizza that why it's call a pizza oven.

It depends what sort of pizza oven you are talking about. In an electric pizza oven I am not sure. But in a wood fired pizza oven, I have cooked sweet things quite well, in what is called a white oven, once i have taken the the coals out, and let the oven cool down. This way they won't taste smoky or get badly burnt.
