A bachelor's degree in most areas can require between 120 to 128 college credits particular to a specific program of study. This would be based on a college or university that operates on a regular two semester academic year which is the most common. For institutions that operate on a tri-semester or quarter-semester it would be quite different. That being said, the Bachelor's degree - in most cases - is designed as a four year program of study, provided the student is full-time and follows their chosen program of study as prescribed by the college or university, and also provided the individual does not require prerequisite or developmental coursework as a result of basic skills testing. The minimum credit load for a full-time student is no less than 12 credits per semester. However, to complete the degree within the four years, a credit load of approximately 15 to 18 credits is recommended. For individuals who work or who have other responsibilities that would prohibit them from attending full-time, completion of the degree may take twice as long. Still, some of this time can be cut down by attending summer sessions and/or interim sessions. In addition, the bachelors and associate degrees are referred to as undergraduate degrees while the masters and doctorate degrees referred to as graduate degrees.
There is no sent number of years that it takes to become a dancer. Some children dance as young as 8 years old professionally.
you need to be in college for four years or more it just depend on how fast you want to start dancing.
The minor is within The Bachelor's degree, which takes approximately four years to complete as a full-time student. In other words, you cannot just take a minor.
No college is required to be a dancer. It takes some natural talent and good training through a dance studio/instructor.

Yes , a ballet dancer has to go to collage because once the dancer gets into collage they would most likely to get into the collage dance group that they have. But if the collage dancer doesn't have a collage dance group in their collage then they can find a dance teacher somewhere so a ballet dancer doesn't really have to go to collage if they don't have all the money but the ballet dancer can just find a dance teacher and not go to collage but i would go to collage so can get more smart and dance more.
it take a while you have to go to collage and have good experience of being a dancer
your requirements are to go two or more college years of dancing
If you mean Tucker Barkley the dancer, I'm pretty sure he didn't/doesn't attend college.
any college that has a dancing program. for example Rutgers has a arts department called Mason Gross School of Arts and its a department where you go to become an artist or a musician or theatre or a dancer
Go look it up! ;D --hanna and jacee
You don't "go to college to become a dancer". College is what you do to make sure that you're trained in something when it turns out you're not good enough to become a professional dancer. Many colleges do offer dance classes, but people who are actually serious about "becoming a dancer" generally go to specialized classes offered through a dance company instead (possibly simultaneously with college, for the reason stated above). (Most of them started when they were about 4, also.)For example, the Los Angeles Ballet offers "pre-professional trainee" courses for high school graduates; the program lasts two years and auditions are required.
