Ideally, you shouldn't keep it beyond 3-4 days. The moisture in the pasta is the perfect breeding ground for bacteria, and shrimp/seafood can spoil extremely quickly--especially in that moist environment. If it's a mayo-based salad, 3 days... If it's a marinated salad, 4 days.

If it is not refrigerated you should eat it on the day that it was made or throw it away.
