It's not the 'prayer for judgement' that remains on your criminal record, it is the actual judgement itself. Unless you take action to have the judgement expunged (if eligible), it will always remain on your criminal history record.

Do you have a criminal Record to an employer if you successfully completed a Felony Deferred Adjudication case?

It depends upon the terms of the agreement itself. A deferred adjudication CAN mean that if you comply with specific terms set out in the agreement, a judgment in your case is never entered on the record, therefore you have NO record. It may also mean that if you comply with the terms, your FELONY will be reduced to a misdemeanor conviction, meaning you DO have a record.

This is when a court amends (or makes clearer by some change in wording) a judgment when the original judgment has ambiguities or other confusing wording that may cause the actual intent of the judgment to be seen in a different way. It is basically to clear up any confusion or make clear the intent of the original judgment.

Can you be fired for your husband's criminal record?

I would not think so. If you have been there for awhile. If you are a new hire, they can certainly do that. If you are applying, they can not hire you for that reason. Your husbands criminal history has nothing to do with your criminal record. It would be unlawful to fire you because your husband has a criminal record. If that were the case, then anyone married to a felon would be considered a felon too.

Can you get prayer for judgment in a federal arson case?

As phrased, this question does not make much sense. In a civil case satisfying the jurisdictional requirements of a federal district court, a litigant may sue for an award of money damages which is the usual connotation of "judgment." It makes no difference what the underlying dispute is (arson, breach of contract, personal injury), a money judgment is the most typical object of civil litigation. "Prayer for judgment" is an increasingly archaic phrase describing how relief requested in a particular lawsuit.
