LIFE
the fine of an underage 1st. is $172.00
They will suspend your licence, that happened to my brother
well usually your get a fine for about 200$ the first time and the second time it could be up to 1000$ and you either get a suspension of 90 days or 180 days depending on if it was already suspended. and my my do i suggest not drinking underage unless your in a indoor area. thanks
Pay it or fight it. Most likely the judge will only make the driver go to classes and pay a fine and it shouldn't show up on their record.
There is no set fine or punishment for criminal violations. Underage consumption of alcohol is a misdemeanor. In most states, that means it is punishable by up to one year in jail and by up to $1,000 fine. The actual sentence and fine is up to the Court.
yeah you can i just got caught with underage drinking and i got my license suspended for 3 months plus a $300 fine or community service so stay away from the alcohal unless u no your not gonna get caught
yes
Most likely you'll either receive a fine, community service, or both, depending on the judge.
Usually nothing more than a misdemeanor. Expect 8 hour hold in jail and possible fine of up to $1,000 .
The cost of a paraphernalia ticket in Wisconsin can vary depending on the court and the specific circumstances of the offense. Typically, the fine for a first-time offense can range from $150 to $500. However, additional fees and court costs may also apply. It is advisable to check with the local court or authorities for specific information related to a paraphernalia ticket in Wisconsin.
This depends on where you got the ticket. It should have come with some information about how to pay it (where to send your check, etc). If there's a phone number on there, call it up and they should be able to tell you no problem.
Like most places, it's more than likely a fine of $100 - $300. Maybe a night in jail to sober up?
