It kind of depends on how you ordered it, you could have ordered it to be one day, and it will take one day. I think they ship from Kansas too, so if your closer, it would take shorter time. 2-3 Days tops.

It depends. I am a professor at a university so I get it in a matter of 1-3 days. Also, if you chose 1 day shipping (which costs more) then that's different. Otherwise, it will come in 1-2 weeks max.
