Tickets do not fall under a statute of limitations. Once you have a ticket, you have been properly informed of the charges against you. You can properly prepare a defense, so the purpose of the limit no longer applies.
Never. Unless you turned 18, but if you got it after that it won't and if they catch you your going to jail. also in some states they will come to your house and arrest you. How ever you can go to the local court house and pay it off and you should be fine.
well from what I understand it isn't guaranteed to fall off but I had two unpaid tickets from 2007 drop off my dmv record this year (2012) so i'm assuming its 5 years in California. but even though they are no longer holding my license I still owe the money to the court
