Once you start puberty the penis will start to grow also. It will keep growing until you reach around 19 to 20-years-old. Puberty for a boy is when testosterone the male hormone is released in great amounts causing rapid growth around the body. The penis is just one part that changes during this time.

∙ 14y agoIn most cases boys will have reached the end of puberty and have an adult size penis by 21 years of age. Many boys have an adult size penis by 17 or so even though they still haven't yet developed an adult physique. The average length of an adult erect penis is 6 to 7 inches.

Your penis starts growing very little while you are a toddler and speeds up by a fraction when you hit puberty, stopping completely when you end your puberty cycle. Everybody is different and we all start/stop puberty at different times.
