A professional can shape a blank in an afternoon, glass it the next afternoon, sand it that night or next day, then install the fin(s)... so, about 2 days.
(Apparently they don't work in the mornings)
For backyard guys I would say 1-3 weeks due to 'spare time' restraints.
(But don't quote me, this is MY opinion!)
