As someone who lives in San Diego and orders electronics and all types of tech stuff - From China and Hong Kong I have experienced an average of 17 days, with USPS, to San Diego. Other shippers have been slightly faster. Do you know if it's USPS, FedEx, or UPS?

Sometimes up to 4 weeks. It is the slowest and most expensive service when measured door-to-door time.

Expect significant delays when it arrives at the one and only EMS processing center in Israel, which is in Tel Aviv. If the recipient does not live in Tel Aviv, tough luck.

Expect to be harassed by unbelievably incompetent idiots from the Gaash Customs Services, who follow no rules, and have the sole franchise for handling incoming EMS items in Israel.

Expect to pay incoming commissions of a minimum of NIS81, and possibly NIS179 or more, for even a simple packet containing 2 socks.

In short, understand that EMS Israel is NOT handled by the very efficient Israel Post office, and you are far better off shipping USPS Priority mail which doesn't come anywhere near Gaash or EMS, and is handled by the real Israel Post in a prompt and efficient manner.
