Jello Pudding will keep fresh about 3 days before beginning to separate. It will still be edible a couple more days, but not as palatable. It should be kept in the refrigerator with other dairy products

Look at the label. By law, the "best used by" date is required.

Jello can become a bit rubbery if left in the fridge without a lid in a few days. With a lid on the container, Jello can stay fresh for about a week or two.
