If its pulling teeth closer to each other it takes 2 years

Depending of the case, it might take between an hour and two hours.
If your talkin about having them put on its about 30 minutes to an hour and its not that painful cos i have them, and i found it okaii, mine just killed for the first 2 days lol

I have never heard of someone having braces for that long. If it is nessecary, then I don't see why you couldn't have braces on for that long. Is it normal? Not really. Is it nessecary? It might be.
