Don't do drugs, but a heavy user isn't totally considered by how much of the substance you use but mostly how often you use it, but like I said even if you do a little bit it's still illegal so don't do it.

I would have to say it is a person who smokes large ammounts of marijuana every day for recreational use. When I was a teenager I did that, smoked 5-6 of some mid grade stuff though. Of course I haven't quit smoking, just smoke once every 2 or 3 days now. But I'm also on that medical doctored up. :S

weed or any variation of the marijuana plant like hash or re bong stays in your system anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks at a time regardless of how much you use it.
