86164.0906 seconds which is the time for the stars to do a daily apparent rotation of the sky ( any particular star to be due south on successive days). It is the absolute rotation time of the earth, rather than the rotation time relative to the direction of the sun (solar day, 86400 seconds).

The unitless number offered above is nowhere near any attribute I can find which would describe the planet Mars, despite any unit of measure you might choose.

If you chose the unit "days," it would be off the mark for the Martian year as well as the Earth's year (which is just over 365 Earth days, not 356.) Mars' "year" is about 687 Earth days.

The length of Mars' sidereal (si-DEHR-ee-uhl) day is, in units of hours, 24.6229. That is 24 hours, 37 minutes, and 22 seconds.

That is how long it takes Mars to rotate once on its spin axis with respect to the distant stars. A day on Mars is a bit longer than a day on Earth.

How many earth days equal one sidereal day on venus?

The sidereal day is the time it takes for a planet to rotate once. For Venus that's about 243 of our Earth days.

The length of one day in Venus or even a year?

Venus takes 243 days to spin on its axis relative to the background stars, while it takes 224.7 days to orbit the sun.Although its spin on its axis is longer that its orbital period, an apparent or solar day is 116.75 days, since it spins in the other direction to Earth and most other planets. The length of the solar day is about 117 days. Thus a Venusian year is less than 2 Venus days long!Good, an answer that mentions the solar day. Remember though thereis also the sidereal day which is about 243 days.

How long is one day rotation on venus?

Instead of a similar rotational period to Earth's 24 hours, Venus takes 243 Earth days to rotate once. That's called a "sidereal day". In other words, a "day" on Venus is longer than its "year". This is the longest day in the entire Solar System. (Don't forget the "solar day" though. That's only about 117 Earth days on Venus.)

What is the length of venues day?

I think you mean "Venus". That planet rotates in about 243 Earth days. That is one definition of a "day". It is called the "sidereal day". There is another definition called the "solar day", which takes into account the planet's motion around the Sun. For Venus this is about 117 Earth days long.

What is Mars period?

The length of a Martian day is equal to 1.027491204 Earth days. The length of one sidereal Martian year is equal to 1.880791 sidereal Earth years.

How long is one Venus week?

One sidereal day on Venus is 243 Earth days, so a week or 7 days would be 1701 earth days.

Planet one day equals 234 earth days?

The closest is Venus with a sidereal period of 243 days

Seven Venus days equal how many Earth years?

One Venus day equals 243 Earth days. Seven Venus days equals 1701 Earth days, or 4.66 Earth years. 243 days is the Sidereal day length, but remember Venus has a Solar day of only 117 Earth days.

Length of day of Venus's?

An apparent or solar day on Venus is 116.75 days (this is not the same as its rotational period relative to the background stars, which is 243 days).

A day on Venus lasts about the same as what on earth?

Venus is slow, One day on venus is about 243 Earth days. As I've written elsewhere the Venus "sidereal day" is 243 Earth days, but there's also the "solar day" of about 117 Earth days. Both types of day are just a few minutes different on Earth.

How long is one earth day on earth planet?

This question is meaningless. An Earth Day would be the same length no matter what planet you are on. An Earth day would be the equivalent of 0.004 Venus days and about the same number of Venus year (it takes a whole year for Venus to go round its orbit). A Venus day is 243 Earth days. That's 243 Earth days to rotate once. Astronomers call this a sidereal day. However there is also the solar day of 117 Earth days.

What is the length of one day in venus?

243 earth days
