I have seen on many different websites that the recovery to return to your job, if you have a basic desk job and aren't lifting, is about 6-8 days. For everything else, like jogging or strength training, it can take up to 3.5 to 4 weeks just to be safe that you recover properly and don't damage anything done to your chest area.

∙ 10y agoThe normal time it takes for breasts to heal after this type of surgery is about six weeks. A number of things can factor into this though. Aftercare, making sure no infection sets in, is essential.
