Puppies should stay with their mothers about six weeks.
At first, getting their mother's milk is important for their health. A bit later, they need the attention of their mom to be taught the basics of doggy behaviour.
Puppies are born with a fully functional sense of smell but can't open their eyes. During their first two weeks, a puppy's senses all develop rapidly. During this stage the nose is the primary sense organ used by puppies to find their mother's teats, and to locate their litter-mates, if they become separated by a short distance. Puppies open their eyes about nine to eleven days following birth. At first, their retinas are poorly developed and their vision is poor. Puppies are not able to see as well as adult dogs. In addition, puppies' ears remain sealed until about thirteen to seventeen days after birth, after which they respond more actively to sounds. While between two to four weeks old, puppies usually begin to growl, bite, wag their tails, and bark.
when the dogs are ready to eat the food on their own... this also depends on the dog sometimes the dog is really slow to start to eat on its own and sometimes the dog is fast and starts to eat on its own really early.

Puppies should be with their Moms till at least 8 weeks of age. It is essential not only for their health, but also the full 8 weeks with their litter mates teaches them some bite inhibition which is an important tool when you want to train your puppy not to bite and not to be aggressive.

You can breed when she has her 2nd heat.
The mother canine will tend for her young ... it's best not to handle these puppies until they are "weaned" from their mother - about eight weeks after birth. If the parent dog is not doing this, contact your veterinarian for advice.
You don't want the puppies to be completely off of the mamas milk till about 7 weeks, however at this time you can try giving her no food and water for one day, she may whine but it won't be the end of the world. Then feed her half portions for the next three days, by the end of it she should be pretty dried up. However, do NOT wean the puppies too early. You want to start at about 4 weeks and finish closer to 7 weeks
till about nine months just like humans can carry their babys for nine months?

The question isn't clear, to keep it (as long as you want) for it to heal ( 6 to 8 weeks for a light heal but it won't be seasoned till it's a year old )
