To prevent distractions, the radio volume should be controlled by the driver. However, the driver should not adjust the radio controls while driving. Also, any volume affecting the driver's ability to hear the surrounding environment both in and out of the auto is unsafe.

ok cut two four inch pieces of clothes hanger wire. and bend it into an arch until your sure it can fit into the two holes on the side of the stock radio. Their will be two on each side of the radio. than insert it and after a couple tries you should be able to pull the wires out like the one on the right should be pulled toward te passenger side door and the one on the left should be pulled towards driver side. than doing this just pull it out and it should come out perfectly fine.
