Anaerobic respiration is the process that allows an organism to make ATP where it needs it and can't use oxygen for it, like with organisms that find oxygen poisonous. Many types of anaerobic respiration exist, however, so the resulting ATP creation can vary.

well, i think its 36. because in the 1st process it will gain 2 ATP & in 2nd process it gain another 32 ATP & in the last process it gain 2 ATP, all in all 36 ATP C:

Anaerobic Respiration uses two, and makes four. Really you only gain 2 because of this.

Without oxygen only 2 ATP are produced. With oxygen, a total of 36 ATP are produced.
