First, we have to figure out how many people have ever lived and still live on Earth until today. In ante-deluvian world (if you are a Christian who believes in what The Bible teaches) people used to live around 900+ years, starting to procreate at the age of around 140-150 years until the age of 300-400, after which they would have no more children born to them for social, religious or cultural reasons.

Still, we still keep finding evidence that the pre-flood civilization numbered at least as many people, if not more than what we have today on Earth.

So, 7 or 8 billion people just within the first 1500 years of human civilization, easily. After that human lifespans have contracted drastically, leaving overall human population growing between 10-450 million globally up until recent advances in medicine, Biology, antibiotics, etc. helped to reduce mortality rates in many regions of the world. Still most of South-East Asia, Africa and Russia experience huge child- and adult mortality, Russia being especially severe case, where birth-rate is below mortality.

Google estimates entire human population ever, all the dead plus the living, equaling some 110 billion people. Perhaps...

At various times during the 2000 years of Christian history, the number of truly born-again Christian believers fluctuated. The percentage has always been very small (don't confuse those confessing Christ with those just professing to be Christians, the two are not the same).

Roughly, less than 7% has been estimated as an average (in pre-Flood times the first half-millenium from Creation was filled with believers who knew Adam and his story first-hand). Later on that number dwindled, but in the first half of Church-age the number was probably quite high as well, despite its reputation of "dark ages" and scare-mongering stories of evil inquisition.

That would probably leave us around 7.7 Billion people total, i.e. the number equal to how many people we seem to have on earth right now. Notice, not the people, just the equal number.

There is literally a countless amount, especially because there were some societies where Christians were in hiding, also, there is pretty much no possible way of keeping track of those who convert, etc. So there is definitely a ton.

Did Jesus ever visit Britain?

No, Jesus never ventured into Europe 2000 years ago. If he did then there would likely be many more Christians in Europe today. Although if you want to get philosophical then the answer could be yes, as the Christians believe he is God and God is everywhere, so by definition he would have had to "visit" England.
